KOBELCO SK75SR-7E at work in Oslo

In Oslo, Norway, Kristian Felix Jensen uses the KOBELCO SK75SR-7E for excavation and drainage work close to residential buildings. The compact working environment requires precise control, productivity and a machine configuration suited to the operator’s daily tasks.

Kristian started the business with his father in 2014 after developing an interest in excavation from a young age. After trying a demonstration machine, Kristian found the SK75SR to be the right size for the work.

KOBELCO SK75SR-7E: productive work in tight spaces

The SK75SR-7E is designed for work where space is limited. Its short-radius configuration supports precise operation close to buildings, while its 53.7 kW engine and operating weight from 7,800 kg provide the performance required for demanding construction work.

For Kristian, productivity is essential every day. The machine is equipped with an Engcon tiltrotator and S-Oil automatic coupling system, allowing attachments to be changed without leaving the cab. As a result, less time is spent on manual attachment changes.

Configured around the operator

Kristian also values the ability to configure the machine around individual working preferences. Hydraulic settings and machine functions can be adjusted to suit the application, helping the operator work efficiently across different tasks.

“This is the first KOBELCO, so there will be many, many more.”

Customer support from Beck Maskin

Beck Maskin also played an important role in Kristian’s decision to choose KOBELCO. Kristian highlights the dealer’s close relationship with customers as one of the reasons behind the choice.
