Biggie builds a “perfect fleet” at Bauma
Biggie celebrated their order for 19 additional Kobelco crawler cranes.
Bigge has had a long-time relationship with Kobelco, and the company celebrated that relationship with an order for 19 additional Kobelco crawler cranes.
“The headline here is 19 cranes in 2019,” said Jack Fendrick, vice president and chief operating officer of Kobelco. “Today we are here to celebrate Kobelco and Bigge Crane’s relationship. The relationship is based on a mutual trust between two companies that are dedicated to providing the highest quality of product, service and support.”
Bigge President Weston Settlemier is leading Bigge into its second century, Fendrick noted.
“Weston and his brother Reid are the third generation of a crane family that takes pride in establishing relationships with customers, suppliers and employees that are built on respect and trust,” Fendrick said.
Bigge’s Vice President, Brian Noga stated that, “the Kobelco crawler is an important asset in our Perfect Fleet. The CK series has repeatedly shown us that it is extremely reliable, versatile, and can be adapted for use in various jobs. We are proud to continue investing in our relationship with Kobelco which continues to provide us with high quality cranes. This purchase marks a significant milestone for our company because it expands our fleet to hold nearly 100 Kobelco pieces. We look forward to providing these cranes to our customers and supplying them with quality cranes for their Perfect Fleet as well.”
